All of Manotech Solutions Inc. products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, Manotech Solutions Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Manotech Solutions Inc. arising from any product sold on the Manotech Solutions Inc. site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Manotech Solutions Inc. its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Manotech Solutions Inc. are not responsible for any loss of data or software as a result of any computer equipment failure or error. Maximum loss incurred, for any reason or result, is to be limited to the purchase price of the item purchased.

Personal information submitted to Manotech Solutions Inc. is used only by Manotech Solutions Inc. in conjunction with secure payment methods adopted by Paypal, and is kept strictly confidential. Posting Info Policy

Visitors may post/submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, questions, or any other information, as long as the content is not : illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, causing injurious to third parties, objectionable, software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam. When creating a personal account or posting information, you may not use a false e-mail/physical address, impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information as to the original card holder or other contents. Manotech Solutions reserves the right to remove or edit such content. Please keep in mind our employees do not regularly review posted contents. If you do post a content or submit a material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Manotech Solutions Inc. a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Manotech Solutions Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pricing may vary from what is found on Manotech Solutions Inc. due to 3rd party errors. Manotech Solutions Inc. has final say on product pricing.

Manotech Solutions Inc. attempts to be as much accurate as possible when providing product descriptions and pricing. Manotech Solutions Inc. does not warrant that any product description or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Account Login 

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Manotech Solutions reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Sales Tax

Manotech Solutions Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Canada, and the applicable provincial sales taxes (PST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other province, or country.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Manotech Solutions Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Manotech Solutions Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you via email to confirm your order. No order can be cancelled by a customer once it is processed.

Payment Options 

Payments may be made via Paypal, Credit Card via Paypal (no Paypal Account is required to use Credit Cards, Paypal just performs the Credit Card processing for us) cash or certified cheque.

Warranty and Return Policy for NEW Products 

All new products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and a with a 7 day non-DOA return policy. Please send any defective products to the manufacturer for repair.

The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling and customs fees shipping costs related to the purchase and return of the product. Shipping /Handling fees and any related customs fees are not refundable. All returned products must include original product packaging and accessories, if applicable. If there are signs that the product was abused in any way, no refund will be given.

All sales are FINAL.  To enable us to offer you the best possible prices we have had to limit returns to only those very few defective products that arrive DOA. 

Warranty and Return Policy for USED and REFURBISHED Products 

All Used or Refurbished products listed for sale on this site come with a 7 day non-DOA return policy. The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling and customs fees shipping costs related to the purchase and return of any product. Shipping /Handling fees and any related customs fees are not refundable. All returned products must include original product packaging and accessories, if applicable.

If there are signs that the product was abused in any way, no refund will be given.

Manotech Solutions Inc. does not provide any warranty or warranty service on used or refurbished products. Contact the product manufacturer for additional warranty information.

Shipping Information 

Manotech Solutions ships its products to customers in Canada and the continental USA using multiple shipping solutions.

Shipping charges are extra, that means the cost of shipping is not included in the displayed product price. Shipping charges are shown in the shipping section of the shopping cart. Estimated shipping quotes are also available, based on products added to customers shopping cart.

The delivery date shown at checkout is a combination of Canada Post (or other shipper) delivery standards and Manotech Solutions Inc. fulfillment time. The shipping cost is the cost of shipping using Canada Post (or other shipper) services and Manotech Solutions Inc. handling costs.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs fees and duties which may be charged when the product is shipped across the international border. Payment of all additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please examine your shipped package closely prior to opening the sealed package. Please report any obvious damage incurred during shipping to the shipper immediately upon delivery.

Risk of Loss 

All items purchased from Manotech Solutions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the courier company or Canada Post.

For Products that have a Free Shipping Offer

If your order is to be shipped within Canada and the order total comes to $49.00 or more (after any coupons or discounts and before taxes), then you automatically have the option to have your order shipped free of charge via Canada Post’s Expedited Service. You may upgrade your shipping option but free shipping will not apply towards any upgraded shipping selection, and no credit will be applied. A handling charge of $2.00 (plus applicable taxes) is charged for all orders, including orders that meet the free shipping requirements.  Free Shipping applies only to those products that have a specified Free Shipping offer.

Packages eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-10 day delivery.

Free Shipping Offer Terms and Conditions

• A $2.00 Handling fee is applied to all orders, including orders that qualify for free shipping.

• Offer applies only to orders of $49 or more in merchandise, excluding taxes. Promotional coupons and discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order’s Free Shipping eligibility.

• Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.

• Please note that some special product, order or handling fees may still apply.

• The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons. The qualifying amount for Free Shipping is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional discounts are applied and before applicable taxes.

• Free shipping does not apply to Heavy items.

• Canceling items may affect your order’s eligibility for free shipping.
